We work with many families who have a one thing in common; they know their baby isn’t getting the sleep they need.
They want support and guidance to help their babies sleep more soundly and be as happy and healthy as they can possibly be.
Sleep deprivation can be damaging to both children and their families. We are lucky to be able to help so many families turn around their sleep situations and feel like new people after they get the rest they need.
Every family, and every baby, is different. You can’t compare your baby to others. Each baby is unique. However, there are common reasons why sleep may not come easily to your baby. This course will help you understand those reasons.
Whilst all babies need appropriate amounts of sleep, day and night, you will have your own goals. This course will help you to achieve these goals.
When we work with clients in 1-2-1 consultations we always ask for details about their current sleep situation and what they want to achieve. As we put the sleep plan to work we reflect back on how far they have come and what they have achieved.
Action
Jot down your sleep goals on a piece of paper or download and print the PDF we’ve created (link below).
Stick it on the fridge, put it in your bag, hang it by your mirror, anywhere where it can remind you what you’re aiming for and what you’ve achieved.
You are your own best cheerleader! Believe in yourself and the positive steps you are putting in place for your baby.
Remind yourself that every single improvement is a win and a step towards your ultimate goals.
If you need some inspiration, we have some sleep goals below that other parents have shared with us:
“I would love for my husband to be able to put our baby to bed, so once in a while I can have a break”
“Predictable naps would be amazing”
“To not spend my entire evening rocking my baby to sleep”
“Being able to sleep without being woken every 2 hours at night would be heaven”
