This course will help you navigate the early weeks with your baby and guide you all the way through to five months of age. Even if you are past the newborn weeks, this course gives great advice to benefit babies whichever stage they are at.

You will have access to a mix of videos, written material and downloadable example daily routines so you can choose how you prefer to follow the course and create an approach to sleep that works for your family.

All videos are captioned and you can even view the course in ‘dark mode’ so you can follow the course during naps and night feeds without disturbing your baby.

There is no time limit for how long you have access to the course so you can go at your own pace and you can revisit any section as many times as you need to, you can even get started before baby arrives!

A Child Sleep Consultant is someone that specialises in understanding children’s sleep. They identify what changes need to be made to promote a good routine and have your child sleeping well.

There are many different approaches that work for other sleep consultants but cry it out is not within my practice. I have a gentle, family led approach where i use comforting through change™ to help support your child to be on the path to sleep.

I work within the range of 5months-6 years old. Will my child cry?

There will be tears as children do not like change but this is short lived, i am there to support you and so is my plan to help you achieve your goal.

There is never a guarantee but i am very confident that if you work with me and you fully commit, you are consistent and follow my plan you will achieve your desired results.

Unfortunately we do not have payment plans at the moment
